Jambalaya

Stan made Jambalaya yesterday and it was delicious. He is a great cook. Guess I'll keep him.

I made this recipe for a great challenge we have going on with the Calendar Girls at Two peas, were as by the end of the year we will have a cookbook with all kinds of delicious recipes.
