I need to get these done, we have another cruise in June with hopefully all seven kids and their spouses. I can't wait, I also get to meet our grandson who is already 19 months.
I started working on my Cruise album. I'm doing some of the page in the Project Life Style, never done that before either but I'm liking the fact that I can scrap all the pictures I want and not have to make a zillion pages. They are simple but I'm very pleased with how they look.
This first one is for the Sketch challenge at Sketches in Thyme. (not the first page of the album.)
I have gone through a big spiritual transformation this year. This was the perfect quote for me. It really was life changing, only one person has to change and everything follows.
I have not scrapped in so long. I'm trying to get back into it. My mojo seems to be back, maybe the fact that I quite my job and the 10 tons of brick I was carring were lifted, brought it all back. LOL!!!
I started playing around with mix media. Natalie needed to make a cover for her Art Journal and I did this for her. I'm very pleased on how it turned out. I'm thinking of starting my own Art Journal.
Stan and I were invited by Rick and Rita Case to the United Way of Broward County Major's Ball. They were also Celebrating 100 years of Broward County. It was a fun night and we enjoyed it. I wish I would of won the cruise I bid on, on the silent auction, maybe next time.
He is always so serious, but lately I have to say we are seeing more and more of those pearly whites.
These photo's are from The Renaissance Ball, benefiting the Prestige CLub. That is held every January. This is a great event and our family enjoyed dressing up for the occasion. This was also the first year Monica was old enough to go.
This sketch from Sketches in Thyme was a great opportunity to scrap these photos.
